This visa allows you to establish a new or develop an existing business in Australia. This visa directly grants permanent residence status.


If you are under 55 years of age unless the nominating state or territory government certifies that the proposed business activity is of exceptional economic benefit.

For at least 2 of the last 4 fiscal years you had:

        1. The main applicant or spouse holds the company’s net assets not less than 400,000 Australian dollars

        2. Net assets in the business of at least AUD 400,000; or

10% ownership of the business if it is a publicly listed company.

        3. The business had an annual turnover of at least AUD 3 million for 2 of the last 4 fiscal years

You have net assets of at least AUD 1.5 million.

Invest at least AUD 1 million to Australia (this may vary in different states, e.g. VIC requires at least AUD 2 million) to establish a new or develop an existing business.


It grants permanent residence status
