Have an occupation on a relevant skilled occupation list
Hold a suitable skills assessment for the occupation
Be under 45 years of age
Meet minimum English language standards
Tasmania
REQUIREMENTS
Be nominated for an occupation on the relevant skilled occupation list
Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in your nominated occupation
Hold a relevant skills assessment (unless exempt)
Work only for the sponsoring business or an associated entity (unless exempt)
Be under 45 years of age (unless exempt)
Meet minimum English language standards
Northern Teritory
REQUIREMENTS
Hold qualifications and skills relevant to the nominated occupation
Have a positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority
Have Competent English (IELTS 6.0 in each band or equivalent)
Have at least 3 years post-qualification relevant work experience
Not yet turned 45 (unless transitional arrangements or exemptions apply)
South Australia
REQUIREMENTS
Hold qualifications and skills relevant to the nominated occupation
Have been employed in the nominated occupation for at least 3 years
Hold a positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority
Have Competent English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0) in each band
HOW TO APPLY (EMPLOYER - SOUTH AUSTRALIA)
Submit an RCB advice application via the SA Skilled & Business Migration portal
Lodge an employer nomination application with the Department of Home Affairs (RCB advice must be dated within
the last 3 months)
If Home Affairs approves the nomination, the employee then lodges a Subclass 494 visa application
