Brother and sister duo Abdul and Samira Razak founded Maple Community Services after Abdul identified a chance to enhance disability services through technology, innovation, and agility, aiming to disrupt the industry.

Initially offering independent living and specialized support to NDIS-registered individuals in Western Sydney, Maple has seen exponential growth over the past 12 months. The company now serves over 600 clients and employs 300 people across Australia.

Recently, they partnered with a leading global software company, investing $1 million to develop a digital services ecosystem. They also launched a new vertical, Maple Youth Services, focusing on supporting children in crisis. This additional revenue stream is expected to propel the company to new heights and open opportunities beyond NDIS. Samira says…

“Success isn’t easy. There will be many setbacks, and being a woman makes it that much harder. Every day there are hurdles to jump, and you must keep pushing through it all. But, if you persevere, that’s what makes you truly ‘unstoppable’.”

Lesson Learned: Don’t let anyone or anything stop you from pursuing your dreams.

What You Can Do:

✔️ Use your experience and knowledge to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

✔️ Build and maintain self-confidence and belief in yourself.

✔️ Stay focused on your vision and end goals.
