🔨 What is CVSP? The State Government is investing in initiatives to retain skilled migrants and attract interstate and overseas workers to meet the current demands of WA businesses. The CVSP provides financial support to help with migration agent fees, visa application fees, and relocation costs.
🔨 Who Can Apply?
Employers:
Sponsor skilled migrants on visa subclasses 482, 494, or 186.
Receive up to $10,000 per skilled migrant at three milestone points:
Milestone 1: $2,000
Milestone 2: $4,000
Milestone 3: $4,000
Skilled Migrants:
Apply offshore and receive payments up to $10,000 at two milestone points:
Milestone 1: $5,000
Milestone 2: $5,000
Apply onshore and receive payments up to $5,000 at two milestone points:
Milestone 1: $2,500
Milestone 2: $2,500
🔨 Eligibility:
Employer Sponsored Stream: Must sponsor a skilled migrant in visa subclasses 482, 494, or 186, and be headquartered and undertaking building and construction work in WA.
State Nominated Stream: Must be granted a visa through the WA State Nominated Migration Program (SNMP) in visa subclasses 190 or 491, employed by a business headquartered in WA, and working in an eligible occupation.

Employer Sponsored Stream: Start by lodging a Milestone 1 Claim and follow the steps to sponsor a skilled migrant.
State Nominated Stream: Begin with an Expression of Interest in SkillSelect and follow the steps to connect with an employer and register your visa approval.
